Mr. Amit Lang – Director General, Ministry of Economy and Ms Ziva Eger – Chief Executive of International Investments and Industrial Co-operation, Ministry of Economy.

Mr Lang was appointed Director General at the Israeli Ministry of Economy in 2013. Before joining the Ministry, Mr. Lang held numerous senior positions in both the public and private sectors. He previously held a number of senior positions in the Israeli Ministry of Finance’s budget division, including serving as Deputy Director of the budget division. Mr. Lang was Deputy Director General at Partner Telecommunications Company Ltd., one of Israel’s leading mobile services suppliers, heading the Economic and Regulations Division.

Prior to her current position, Ms. Eger worked in several positions as senior manager in the Israeli Ministry of Defence, such as head of Planning in the Budget and Control department of the Directorate for Defence Research and Development (DDR&D – MAFAT) and head of Planning, Budget, Economy and Production in the Arrow Program and Space & Satellites Program. Ms. Eger was a Colonel at the IDF.
