Chef Rantissi has become famous for his recipes, drawing inspiration from his childhood exposure to varies Mediterranean cuisine. Chef Rantissi will talk (in English) on his journey from growing up in Tel Aviv- Jaffa, to owning two multi-Chef Hat restaurants in Sydney (Kepos Street Kitchen and Kepos & Co.) his philosophy and food.
